YogaThough Taisha has taught yoga since 1999, she considers herself a “beginner” and lifelong student who especially loves sharing her passion for the yoga journey with other “beginners”—including those new to yoga or just open to learning something new about themselves with every practice.
Brand new and continuing students alike benefit from learning in the supportive, noncompetitive setting she creates. Taisha focuses on sharing poses, breathing and awareness of mind and body that are necessary to build a safe and enduring practice. Students learn to grow into poses gradually, safely and mindfully. By weaving the philosophic lessons of yoga into the physical practice, she also helps her students take the lessons practiced on the mat into their daily lives. |
