​​Philosophy

Every one of us is a beginner, every day…because each day we experience a “new” practice, affected by our constantly changing body, thoughts, and experience of the world. Fundamental Yoga helps its students bring this beginner mindset to their practice so they can break free of rigid expectations and find the joy and freedom of being present to each moment. ​Fundamental Yoga welcomes brand-new and continuing students alike to learn in a supportive, noncompetitive atmosphere. Classes are made accessible and enjoyable with gentle, mindful practice and thoughtful use of props and modifications. At FUNdamental classes, we make room to explore and adapt practice to individual needs.
 

Class Schedule & Descriptions

Fundamental Yoga – Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:30–10:45am ET  
via Zoom Livestream — 75 minutes
Accessible to any level student, including beginners, those with physical limitations and anyone benefitting from a gentler pace. Teacher demonstrates proper alignment, use of props and modifications suitable to students participating in each class. Classes focus on the fundamentals of a safe and enduring yoga practice designed to bring students inward. Discover conscious movement through basic yoga poses, gentle breath work and grounding exercises. All done live-stream and adapted for the students participating. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER

Fundamental Yoga – Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:30–10:45am ET at South Church, 41 Central St.,
​Andover, MA 

In-person — 75 minutes
Accessible to any level student, including beginners, those with physical limitations and anyone benefitting from a gentler pace. Teacher demonstrates proper alignment and use of props and modifications suitable to students participating in each class. Classes focus on the fundamentals of a safe and enduring yoga practice designed to bring students inward. Discover conscious movement through basic yoga poses, gentle breath-work and grounding exercises. Mindful Moment – Mondays at 11:15–11:45 a.m. ET
via Zoom Livestream — 30 minutes
A delightful break in the day! Take a few minutes to ground, focus on breath and explore slow, conscious movement available to all. Class may be done seated in a chair, standing or on the floor. Especially useful for friends experiencing physical limitation or anyone wanting a quiet interlude to awaken their mind, body and spirit. Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine (SAEM) – scheduled on an individual basis
In-person or via Zoom Livestream 
Taisha is trained in working with The Sacred Anatomy, the seven systems of subtle and electromagnetic energy that makes up your “whole self.”  SAEM practitioners work in partnership with clients to easily and gently shift emotional, psychological, spiritual and physical blocks, malfunctions and holdings. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR A CONSULTATION

  • Mindful Moment 5-class package, $32
Private Sessions
  • Private Class – 1/2 hour in-person or livestream, $60
  • Private Class – 1 hour in-person or livestream, $110
  • Semi-private Classes (3-4 people) – 1 hour in-person or livestream, $120
  • Private Group Classes – 1 hour in-person or livestream, $150 ​
*Senior, teen and military discounts of 10 percent are available.
